It's been over a year since I moved my sites to Idologic. I must say that I could not be happier. The level of attention and support I receive is simply outstanding.

One of my sites is a fairly customized forum that required a lot of attention while hosting with my previous host. Once at Idologic, I barely have to touch it. The service is very reliable and the problems are extremely rare. Most issues are caused by inexperienced clients doing silly things they should not be doing in a shared environment. Nevertherless, when the problems arise, they are resolved it in a matter of minutes, every time.

Attention to security issues, software updates and proper patching are also outstanding. The careful planning and timely notifications are very much appreciated.

may be, I am your customer form past 2 years know (2 months less), our friendship it grows, new friendships, new associations (with people of similar wavelength), service with reliability and "always for you" like attention do add in the process.
