I have been with idologic's reseller plan for a while and then decided to jump into their dedicated box last week. so far I know I have made a 100% correct choice. I disturbed them quiet a lot when customizing my dedicated hardware specs. DH has been always kind and wiling to help. Box was setup on time and correctly configured. The best thing is they handle everything including firewall, security patches and tuning automatically!! I worry nothing about the server and focus on marketing/sales part on my end.

Howard, this is very good to hear. Not that I'm surprised mind you. The time, care and effort they show and put in on the reseller side is probably a good indication of the quality you'll get on the dedicated side.

After all you're dedicated now
