Here are my questions:

1. I already have my own SSL certificate on my current host:
- Can I use the same cert on your server ?
- What information/file should I get from my current host ?
- Will you help me install the cert ?
- How much is the installation fee (if any) ?

2. Could ClientExec be added to the starter cP/WHM package ? How much would the total monthly fee be ?

Regarding the IP address, if it's for one specific site then I'd recommend signing up for the reseller account using that site's address. Each account is allotted 4 IP addresses and 1 of those is for the site you sign up for.

If I'm correct, you wouldn't need to purchase another IP.

Generally we recommend....

-2 IP #'s for your private nameservers. It's best not to put sites on those so that people don't see something if they go to http://ns1.yourmainresellerdomain.com.
-1 IP # for your main site to keep it on a separate IP # from your client sites
-1 IP # for all your shared hosting (you can do SSL on this one too).

One thing to keep in mind concerning SSL is....

If you have site1.com and site2.com on the same IP # and then install an SSL certificate for site1.com on that IP #, when people go https://site1.com they'll see the content for site1.com BUT if they go to https://site2.com they'll see the content for site1.com as well (just the way SSL certs work).

I was in the middle of the ordering process when I stopped at the Account Addon phase.

Is the free Cerberus HelpDesk (with $10 installation fee) for a single email only (like the freeware available directly from Cerberus author) ? Do I have to buy the installation to get it ?

Regarding the SSL: it is indeed for my primary domain.

You don't need to buy the installation to get it. It's based on the XSP version, ie you can have multiple queues for 1 domain.
