excellent uptime and good service

[Idologic AM]

As I've now been with Idologic about 6 months or so, I figure that it's time to post a review.

In short, I have nothing but praise. Uptime has been perfect (only reboots are for kernel upgrades, etc.). The support is fast and very polite when I've used it (my last host had fast support but was sometimes rude). Ironically, I'm almost not too qualified to give a detailed opinion on their support....simply because I haven't had nearly as many problems as at my last host so simply haven't filed very many tickets.

While I'm paying a bit more than I was previously, so far the money has been very well spent (it only takes an hour or two of problems or downtime each month for hosting cost differences to become irrelevant).

Hmmm.....I guess that maybe this review should be more balanced.....but really, I just don't have anything negative to say.
