2nd account discount, ssh, bandwidth over 50GB, site transfer, paypal
Hello,
I have a few questions about the reseller plans, I am sorry if those questions were answered before, but this is also a way for me to see your responsiveness first hand 1. Do you have discounts after the second account? 2. Can I resell your reseller account? 3. Do we have ssh access? 4. Do you accept paypal payments? 5. Do you do free transfer of cpanel sites? 6. How much is extra diskspace over 5GB and bandwidth over 50GB? 7. Is RVSkin and Fantastico installed? 8. How much is additional IP adresses? 9. What is the server hardware (dual xeon, opteron or P4...) and raid configuration if I order an account now? 10. Will you install say a module if a customer happen to need it? 11. I am not IDOLOGIC staff but I am a happy customer and I can answer a couple questions for you. 3) Yes, i have ssh access on my accounts 4) I pay with paypal 7) yes to both I don't feel qualified to answer your other questions, but I am sure the Idologic staff will soon. Btw, they do consider the forums as a slower form of support, so if you need answers quickly, send in a ticket and it will be answered much quicker. |

They usually look into it and research it a little and then let you know, they aren't going to try and make your life hard with a simple no response, they'll seriously consider it and if they can they will, I have been through this process myself and they did end up installing it. 11. Thanks for your interest in Idologic. The members here have already answered a majority of your questions, but I'll give you a few answers as well. 1. Do you have discounts after the second account? - Yes we can certainly provide you with a discount for a second account. Email our sales department for more information (sales@idologic.com). 2. Can I resell your reseller account? - No, you can only resell shared accounts. However, if the package is large enough we can probably set it up so you can. 3. Do we have ssh access? - Yes. 4. Do you accept paypal payments? - Trying to get away from it, but we do if that's the only way you can pay. 5. Do you do free transfer of cpanel sites? - In most cases, yes. We cannot say it will work, because we don't have control over it, but usually we can help you in moving a few web sites. 6. How much is extra diskspace over 5GB and bandwidth over 50GB? - Email our sales department for more information on that along with your requirements. We can give you a custom quote. 7. Is RVSkin and Fantastico installed? - Sure are. 8. How much is additional IP adresses? They can be purchased for 0.75 USD per IP per month. 9. What is the server hardware (dual xeon, opteron or P4...) and raid configuration if I order an account now? - Dual Xeons with a Raid 1 configuration. 10. Will you install say a module if a customer happen to need it? - In most cases, yes, but it's a case by case basis. We need to ensure the server will still work well for the majority of the people on it. If you have a dedicated server, we'll install whatever you need. 11. Do you have daily backup? If yes on a separete machine or on a separate drive? - I believe it's another machine, but if it isn't, I'm fairly certain it'd be on another drive. We're pretty careful about that stuff.
